kkkdb Terms and Conditions

1General Introduction

kkkdb is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino and various gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between kkkdb ("platform", "we", "us") and registered users ("you", "user").

4Deposits and Withdrawals

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kkkdb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following conditions apply when using these offers:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To use this bonus a wagering requirement of 10 times must be met, meaning you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• The validity period of a bonus is generally 30 days. The bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Claiming a bonus by fraudulent means is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• kkkdb reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The kkkdb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 1.0%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.5%). You can move up to a higher tier by playing regularly. VIP benefits are subject to change.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting and gaming on kkkdb:

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once all bets are finalised, no changes or cancellations can be made.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with kkkdb's rules.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error in the system will be considered void.
• kkkdb reserves the right to suspend bets on any event if match-fixing or unusual activity is suspected.

6.2 Casino and Slots

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is completely impartial.
• Any game round may be declared void due to a technical error.
• If the game provider's terms and conditions conflict with kkkdb's rules, kkkdb's rules will take precedence.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Engaging in fraudulent activity by exploiting a bonus or promotional offer.
• Hacking an account, stealing access credentials or entering the system without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means.
• Using this platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting to access their account.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Sending harmful code, viruses or malware to the kkkdb system.
• Assisting minors in using the platform.

8Account Suspension and Closure

kkkdb may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If you breach any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If you provide false information or conceal your identity.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If you refuse to complete KYC verification.
• On the order of a court or government authority.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned. However, if evidence of fraudulent activity is found, all balances will be forfeited. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support.

9Responsible Gaming
